Creative Technology was honoured to deliver technical production and visual design of the large business conference Nordic Business Forum (NBF) 2023. The theme of this year's NBF was "Be:Change" – leadership, innovation, resilience, and AI.
Lighting and video programming were carried out in CT’s programming studio in Vantaa, Finland, before moving to the event venue. This allowed the client to give feedback as the process progressed, while significantly saving time on-site and providing efficient opportunity to develop the final result.
Our audiovisual design and execution won in the category of Visual Execution at the Evento Awards. The visual design unit, Visual45, was responsible for the astonishing lighting design and operation of the event’s main seminar hall.

NBF OPENING VIDEO
CT’s visual design unit, Visual45, was responsible for the astonishing lighting design and operating of the event’s main seminar hall. We provided:
Sound system, microphones, intercom – nearly 110 speakers (using the new D&B XSL and SL series)
Lighting – approximately 750 fixtures
Trusses
Video control – servers, mixing, speaker support
Technical planning for the above systems
Video mixing and presentation material operating
Visual45 – lighting & video design and operating of the event’s main seminar hall
