Apollo Presentation Management
Apollo is a purpose-built presentation management system that accommodates event-specific plugins. This ensures that the content is synced with the correct presentation room and allows for last-minute adjustments
Real-time centralized information is available to track which presentation is being used in a specific room, including the current filename and slide number. Additionally, detailed statistics such as core temperature and system resources in use are collected from the presentation computers.

Creative Technology utilised its purpose-built presentation management system, Apollo, for the event.
The Apollo system facilitated the collaboration of 13 content editors in assisting hundreds of presenters with editing and validating their presentations. The integration of plugins proved invaluable when unexpected room changes arose due to unforeseen circumstances.
Deploying over 700 presentations across 50 rooms, the Apollo system efficiently accommodated last-second changes within rooms while ensuring final presentation files were stored centrally for archiving and further distribution.
